You are the chosen ones as you reflect the values of the company and only someone like you could meet such demanding objectives: People who are resolute, who take on ever more ambitious challenges, who focus on solutions and not problems, who can anticipate things and build things together in the same direction. People who are direct, who are true to their word and who understand that the team is sacred. Professionals who are experienced, resolute, visionary and committed. Do you recognise yourself here?
I would like you to briefly introduce yourselves so that we can get to know each other better. We are going to spent several months together, so it is vital to show that we respect each other even if we think differently, that we are committed to the project and that we are all focused on moving in the same direction. At Indra, we look to the future but we do not know everything. Therefore, we expect you to bring new ideas to the table and to all work together for a common goal.
